Join the Tuscarawas Philharmonic Orchestra for a powerful and patriotic grand finale to our 90th anniversary season with From Revolution to Resonance: 250 Years of Independence. As we celebrate not only nine decades of musical excellence, we also honor the 250th anniversary of our nation's founding with an unforgettable evening of American music, history, and community spirit.

This stirring program features iconic works by American composer Aaron Copland, including the bold and timeless Fanfare for the Common Man and his moving Lincoln Portrait, which will be narrated by none other than our own Tuscarawas County Sheriff, Orvis Campbell.

The strings of the Philharmonic will shine in Samuel Barber鈥檚 Adagio for Strings, a deeply emotional work that continues to resonate with audiences across generations.

A highlight of the evening will be the world premiere of a specially commissioned piece, made possible by the generous support of New Philadelphia VFW Post 1445. This original composition鈥攚ritten for the Tuscarawas Philharmonic Orchestra, Chorus, and the Children's Chorus鈥攊s a dedication to Post 1445 and a heartfelt tribute to all veterans who have served and sacrificed for our freedom.

In addition, guests can explore a special historical exhibit in the KSU Performing Arts Center lobby, celebrating the rich 90-year legacy of the Tuscarawas Philharmonic and its role in our community鈥檚 cultural life.

Join us to be a part of this historic night, where we reflect on the past, celebrate the present, and look ahead to the future with pride and purpose.
