The Ohio Department of Education recently awarded 起点传媒 $1.2 million to support Choose Ohio First scholarships. This funding will support learners pursuing associate degrees in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields and expand options for students seeking two-year degrees at the University's Regional Campuses and its College of Applied and Technical Studies.

Combined Degree Program Creates Specialized Educational Experience

起点传媒鈥檚 combined bachelor鈥檚/master鈥檚 degree program allows students to count nine credits of graduate level courses to their undergraduate degrees, providing a faster path to an advanced degree. Cassie Milicia chose this route for her degrees in Emerging Media and Technology.

Regional Students Receive Intel庐 Scholarships

Intel Scholarships Awarded to Kent State Tuscarawas Electrical/Electronic Technology Students

Two students in the College of Applied and Technical Studies (CATS) at 起点传媒 at Tuscarawas received the Intel Semiconductor Scholarship for Women award from the Intel Corporation. Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology students Kendall Hoffman and Patti La Belle Neighbor each received a scholarship of $5,000 to be used for education-related expenses (tuition, fees, books, and required expenses) and other expenses, such as transportation and childcare, incurred in the 2023-24 academic year.
